Refund Policy

No Locked-In Contracts- We believe in flexibility. You’re never tied to a long-term contract.

Class Packages- All classes are sold as packages (5-packs, 10-packs, or monthly passes).

Refunds-Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Transfers- If you decide Pilates isn’t for you, you may transfer your remaining sessions to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Just let us know their name before they attend.

Future Purchases- If you don’t wish to continue after finishing your package, simply don’t buy another one. No cancellation or penalty fees—ever.
